    Full Time | 1.0 FTE | Day Shift

     

    Salary: $40.99 – $60.98/hour (based on education, training, experience, seniority, and applicable collective bargaining agreement).

    What you’ll do

    + Welcome each patient. Listen first. Explain clearly.

    + Review prior images, labs, and history before every exam.

    + Choose the right exam; consult with radiologists or ordering providers as needed.

    + Tailor positioning and imaging to each patient’s needs.

    + Educate patients before and after the exam.

    + Adjust on the spot to keep patients safe and comfortable.

    + Use the lowest radiation dose necessary. Confirm pregnancy status when indicated.

    + Operate mammography equipment confidently for high‑quality imaging.

    + Keep quality and accreditation records current (MQSA/ACR).

    + Prepare rooms and supplies in advance; keep the space organized.

    + Document promptly and accurately.

    + Support and mentor teammates and students when needed.

    + Contribute to a calm, inclusive, patient‑centered environment.

    We have two full-time positions available with **4-day workweeks** —giving you three days off every week to recharge, plan, and enjoy life. Both schedules are consistent, so you’ll always know your days off.

    _Available Schedules:_

    + **Friday–Monday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM**

    + **Thursday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM**

    Qualifications

    + Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

    + Credentials (Required):

    + ARRT (R).

    + ARRT (M) within 6 months of hire.

    + Washington State Radiologic Technologist license (upon hire).

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) (upon hire).

    + **Experience:** 1+ year preferred.

    + **Technical skills:** Experience with imaging systems (PACS/RIS). ImageCast/CareCast experience preferred.

    + **Patient‑care skills:** Strong communication; organized; flexible; comfortable with basic office tech.
