    Overview

     

    Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice, coined PMX Lift, in June 2021. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement.

     

    PMX built out a new team across disciplines that is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, we are growing our team and adding depth to the specialty areas represented within it.

     

    We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Associate Director of Audience Enablement to help lead numerous audience-based processes and projects across PMX Lift’s client portfolio. Given the uniqueness of this role and the cross-practice dependency on audience execution, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders. We also are looking for someone with a notable amount of experience with audience segmentation and/or detailed ad technology.

     

    On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with various experts across the PMX Lift practice.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    + Leadership of all audience-based product for designated agencies and day-to-day Video leadership contacts across the Groupe

    + Ownership of the hands-on-keyboard work for audience segment creation and sending to partners within technology platforms

    + Creation of audience segments utilizing a collection of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data within audience-based technology

    + Track and enforce timely audience activation flows by ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables, leading summary emails, and any/all additional necessary communication formats

    + Oversight of various parts of the data QA process – including the full tracking of audience creation, sends, and final partner counts

    + Act as a subject matter expert on PMX Lift proprietary technology, as well as relevant outside data and technology sources and workflows

    + Contribution and/or leadership on cross-Groupe workstreams and presentations related to audience work

    + Build net new workflow processes for audience planning and execution, as well as identify areas for opportunity to improve and expand upon current procedures

    + Develop and maintain relationships between PMX Lift and relevant external parties (data providers, media suppliers), ensuring audience language remains consistent and unified through written communication

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 5+ years of experience in media planning/buying and/or marketing technology with increasing level of responsibility within an agency or media company

    + Hands-on-keyboard experience working with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data for use in audience segmentation and activation across TV and/or digital channels

    + Familiarity with Addressable TV and CTV channels a plus. Experience preferred with planning and/or buying with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)

    + Proficiency with Microsoft office suite

    Compensation Range: USD $95,950.00 - $150,995.00 Annually . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
