    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately record patient demographics and insurance information.

    + Efficiently schedule patient appointments.

    + Cross-train in various administrative support functions.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + One year of clerical experience in a medical office setting.

    + Proficiency in medical office software, including EPIC systems.

    + Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work with changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

    + Basic medical terminology knowledge.
