_Note:_ _The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $45/hour._ _This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Work with PEX, PVC, and Copper Pinping for internal infrastructure piping, drainage, and vents

+ Measure, cut, bevel, and align pipe according to specifications

+ Tack piping in place as required

+ Must have threading knowledge and comfortable using pipe threader

Qualifications:

+ Be at least 18 years of age

+ OSHA-10 Certification Required

+ 4 years verifiable previous experience installing 18-Gauge stainless steel sheet metal ductwork

+ Must be comfortable working out of manlifts and from rooftops

+ Must be comfortable with fabricating 18-Gauge stainless steel sheet metal ductwork

+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Position does require a drug screen

+ Position does require a background check
