Job Description
The RPA Analyst performs detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for **Robotic Process Automation** (RPA). This role works closely with business units and workstreams to determine automation candidates, documents detailed step-by-step recreations of manual processes and workflows, and collaborates with development and configuration teams to test, review, and ensure solution quality.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Process Analysis:** Analyze and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for robotic process automation.
+ **Solution Design:** Design RPA automation solutions and create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) to guide developers and configuration teams.
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure automation solutions meet business requirements and objectives. Partner across teams, departments, and workstreams to deliver automation solutions that increase efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and support digital transformation initiatives.
+ **Testing and Monitoring:** Create test cases, monitor bot performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
+ **Documentation:** Maintain a detailed catalog of business processes, pain points, and desired future-state automation solutions.
Essential Skills
+ **Business Process Knowledge:** Strong understanding of business workflows and strategies, as the role is primarily business-centric.
+ **Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:** Ability to identify inefficiencies and design effective automation solutions.
+ **Technical & RPA Tool Knowledge:** Familiarity with RPA platforms and basic programming concepts.
+ **Communication & Documentation:** Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements, along with strong documentation skills to create process maps and functional requirements.
Minimum Qualifications at Entry

+ Perform as a contributing member of the QA and Automation Team.
+ Consult with business and technical resources to understand business functions, underlying technologies, objectives, desired features, and input/output requirements to plan, develop, and execute automated processes.

Basic Qualifications
Education / Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree with **3+ years of related work experience** , or **5+ years of equivalent professional experience** .
Technical Experience
Experience with:
+ RPA and automation tools, AI prompts, Copilot, and Power Automate
+ Programming and development technologies including **Python, C#, .NET, SQL, Java, APIs, CI/CD pipelines** , and database query tools
+ **HTML** and demonstrated knowledge of stateless programming, session handling, and page lifecycle (preferred)
+ **Cloud security, cloud solutions, and server environments**
+ Understanding and knowledge of **test automation** (preferred)
