GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Assist in various areas related to business and financial systems within our Information Technology division. Maintain a high degree of situational awareness to meet continually changing conditions with a fresh and adaptable approach. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and strive to push forward AECC’s mission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Make program changes to various applications using JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, RPGfree, etc.
Assist in the development of web & mobile applications to collect data and submit updates to an existing database using JavaScript & PHP with Angular & Cordova frameworks.
Occasionally assist with workstation support as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Help optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to software documentation.
Help gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
Work with cross-functional teams on various IT projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONT'D
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
Completed coursework or experience in developing data structures and/or database design.
Completed coursework or experience in writing programs using modern business application programming languages.
Technologically adept with moderate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Exceptional analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Extremely detailed and accuracy oriented.
Maintain awareness of and compliance with applicable laws and regulations from various regulatory entities, internal policies, procedures, and directives. Ensure ongoing monitoring and timely incorporation of any changes to maintain adherence to compliance standards.

Exceptional writing skills good communication skills Self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
