Description:
Manger Supply Chain at Trinity Health Oakland
+ The Manager, Supply Chain Logistics Specialty leads and mentors supply chain teams while driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. This role balances daily leadership with long-term planning, ensuring regulatory readiness, performance outcomes, and process optimization within a defined region.
+ Supporting the Supply Chain and Linen department at Trinity Health Oakland in Pontiac Michigan and approximately 40 FTEs.
+ Full-time benefited position scheduled 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday day shift (not a remote position).

MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education & healthcare Supply Chain experience. Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
+ 5 years verifiable, Supply Chain-related experience in a progressive work environment. Supply Chain experience in healthcare is preferred, not required.
+ Prior leadership or supervisory experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Manage budget and provide leadership for supply chain operations across multiple sites, overseeing approximately 30 colleagues.
+ Guide, mentor, and support team members while ensuring alignment with departmental, regional, and system-wide strategies.
+ Collaborate with leaders across regions and system services to develop strategies, achieve performance goals, and maintain consistency in operations.
+ Drive standardization and optimization of policies, processes, and methodologies; establish best practices and foster a community of collaboration.
+ Oversee vendor and contract labor management, including centralizing strategies and optimizing spend.
+ Support system-wide strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with functional priorities and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage financial and staffing governance, including capital approvals and operational budgets.
+ Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and alignment of goals.
+ Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and value delivery to drive continuous improvement.
+ Provide leadership throughout the colleague life cycle, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and corrective actions.
