    What you’ll do

     

    The Provider Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the onboarding of clinical providers at LUMC. They act as a key contact by coordinating and providing appropriate information to staff from pre-hire to start date. They work closely with Human Resources and the Medical Staff Office in coordination of orientation programs.

    Here's what you will be doing:

    + Acts as key contact person for new providers during onboarding and orientation by creating and providing individualized orientation schedules and information necessary for their successful acclimation to LUMC.

    + Liaison role to department administrators to coordinate orientation items.

    + Interfaces with IT security teams to ensure system access matches core job role as a provider.

    + Ensures access to all system wide applications needed for licensed independent providers.

    + Ensures handoff to appropriate departments for department specific orientation and launch of FPPE.

    + Provides information on key contacts, policy and procedures, ID badge, key, and parking information and internal and external resources deemed helpful to newly hired providers.

    + Overall acts as an ambassador to the new physician colleague between recruitment and established practice.

    + Works closely with LUMC leadership to ensure that all steps are taken and provide new providers with a seamless transition to LUMC.

    + Serves as the point person for offboarding procedures for clinical providers atLUMC.

    What you’ll need for this job:

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 1-2 years of previous job-related experience.

    Compensation:

    Pay Range: $22.07 - $34.21 per hour

     

    _Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
