Job Summary and Qualifications

**Join our team and make a difference in workforce health!** As an LPN/LVN in Occupational & Employee Health, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting the health and safety of our employees. What You Will Do

+ **Deliver high-quality care** by performing focused health assessments and collecting data on workforce health status.

+ **Administer medications and vaccinations** safely and in accordance with hospital policies.

+ **Assist with procedures and monitor tests** , supporting physicians and RNs within your scope of practice.

+ **Identify and report changes** in patient or colleague health status promptly.

+ **Reinforce education** tailored to individual needs to promote health and safety.

+ **Document care accurately and timely** in medical records.

+ **Coordinate daily schedules and appointments** , ensuring smooth clinic operations.

+ **Serve as a resource** for staff, students, and volunteers, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

+ **Support process improvements** and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.

+ **Adhere to our Code of Conduct and Mission & Values** , modeling integrity and respect.

What You Will Need

+ **Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program** (or equivalent experience).

+ **Current LPN/LVN license** in the state(s) of practice.

+ **Basic Life Support (BLS) certification** .

+ **Strong communication skills** to engage patients and colleagues effectively.

+ **Ability to remain calm under pressure** and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.

+ **Proficiency with technology and documentation systems** .

+ **Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement** .
