The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation. Role Purpose
This position requires someone with a strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, financial modeling, and data mining. Analytical aptitude for understanding, planning, diagnosing, and executing financial plans/problems/opportunities is required. Candidates should possess firm understanding of commercial finance, consolidations, cost accounting, transfer pricing, and intercompany impacts. Strong analytic skills and a solid understanding of general accounting and finance principles combined with an attention to detail capability are required. Candidate will be responsible for leading Corporate or Division monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes. Responsibilities include developing financial modeling, assessing financial plans, proactively addressing financial challenges. Candidate will be a key finance business partner and/ or subject matter expert to lead various levels of management partners to maximize financial profitability and link strategies to financial results in various planning scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Serving as a bridge between corporate and division finance to ensure clear communication of financial plans / forecasts / results.
Interface with business partners and rest of the division finance team to highlight key issues driving financial performance.
Lead major financial planning and analysis activities:
Monthly closing, reporting and ad hoc analysis
Control forecasts
Budget and green book processes in connect with Strategy team
Product Line Planning and Strategy reviews in connect with Strategy team
Corporate Operating Review
Other reporting and analytics required by division/Corporate
Drive working capital and key balance sheet accounts (PP&E) and engage in balance sheet planning to maximize ROIC, minimize working capital, drive metrics (e.g. DOS, DSO, DPP)
Develops criteria for evaluating current processes for analysis, forecasting, budget, data collection, and other financial activities
Manage Sales & Admin department spending forecasting and actuals reporting
Engage with D&E portfolio leader to forecast D&E spending and actuals reporting

Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor of Science or equivalent technical degree
CPA or MBA in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred.
Required minimum 7 Years of work experience.
Strong analytical, financial & mathematical skills.
Extensive experience building and maintaining internal and external business partnerships; continues to develop and leverage key relationships in order to understand the needs and objectives of stakeholders
Experience modeling and performing predictive analytics to review complex financial and operational analysis and scenarios, creates and implements process improvements
Team oriented.
Strong Microsoft Office computer skills (excellence in using excel is expected).
Experience supporting and advising assigned area(s) on risk and opportunity considerations, leveraging analytical techniques as well as knowledge of outside trends and events
Experience setting strategy for process improvement initiatives and developing procedures for implementation
Experience managing and resolving high-risk issues to ensure completeness and efficiency
Experience providing analytical support and preliminary insights based on data for M&A transactions and processes
Experience presenting to and engaging business leadership, facilitating critical decision-making
Experience synthesizing critical information into a clear business case narrative and facilitating presentation material preparation
Experiences/Education - Desired
Business interfacing skills; effective in cross functional teamwork.
SAP, Peoplesoft, Khalix, Power Automate skills would be preferred
Understands key business drivers.
Ambitious, self-starter and aspires to grow professionally.
Ability to work and communicate with individuals at all levels to accomplish objectives.
Ability to lead projects and participate on cross functional projects.
Ability to manage through ambiguity and perform in a fast paced environment.

The range for this position is $92,561.00 - $127,272.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
