As a **Security Officer - Telecom Lobby Desk** in **West Hollywood, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic tech and media location, you will be the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and assisting with access control and badge procedures. You will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials in accordance with established protocols for a technology, media, and telecom location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site instructions.

+ Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required for the assigned location.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors while addressing inquiries and providing directions or information as needed.

+ Support emergency response activities from the front desk position, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with building protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
