    The Oracle Fusion ERP Program IT Lead is accountable for ensuring the ERP Modernization program aligns with enterprise IT strategy, architecture, and standards. This role provides technical leadership, oversees solution design, and ensures IT deliverables—including infrastructure, integration, security, and data—are executed effectively. The Program IT Lead partners with Program Sponsors, Global Process Owners (GPOs), IT, and Business Process Leads to translate design into executable plans, drive adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. Acting as a key decision-maker for IT design and escalations, the Program IT Lead collaborates with business stakeholders, system integrator partners, and technical teams to deliver a reliable, scalable ERP solution.

    In this role, a typical day might include the following:

    + Ensure ERP program solutions align with enterprise IT strategy, architecture, standards, and compliance (SOX, GxP, audit readiness).

    + Manage program scope, cost, schedule, business resources, and deliverable outcomes for ERP modernization.

    + Serve as the IT decision authority and oversee technical architecture, including infrastructure, security, data integration, reporting, data migration, disaster recovery, and validation (UAT, SIT).

    + Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional activities across all functional areas to ensure seamless ERP integration and end-to-end process alignment.

    + Guide IT Product Leads, Data, and Reporting teams to ensure readiness and delivery throughout all program phases.

    + Partner with key stakeholders—including Program Sponsors, Global Process Owners (GPOs), Business Leads, and SI/Oracle partners—to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective system design and decision-making.

    + Lead and support change management and training initiatives, leveraging best practices in organizational communication to drive user adoption, positive sentiment, and readiness across global teams.

    + Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify, resolve, and escalate risks and issues appropriately.

    + Broad functional knowledge across business processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Plan to Make and Order to Cash).

    + Deep understanding of ERP process documentation, requirements gathering, and testing (UAT, SIT).

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 15+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale ERP programs, with at least 10 years in program or technical leadership roles (Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, or equivalent platforms preferred).

    + Proven experience leading global, multi-entity ERP implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.

    + Deep understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, technical governance, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GxP, audit readiness).

    + Demonstrated expertise in ERP technical architecture, data migration, integration, security, validation, and infrastructure.

    + Experience partnering with SI firms, technical architects, business process owners, and managing cross-functional teams.

    Salary Range (annually)

     

    $216,100.00 - $360,200.00
