General Laborers Needed – Phoenix, AZ
Adecco is currently seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join one of our clients in Phoenix.
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday
**Hours:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
**Pay:** $ 18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials
+ Assist with production, packaging, and assembly operations
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
+ Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
+ Support supervisors and team members with daily operational tasks
+ Inspect materials and products for quality and defects
+ Meet productivity standards while working efficiently
Qualifications:
+ Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
+ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
+ Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience **required**
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
