**Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

**Location:** Naugatuck, CT

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday

Compensation: salary up to $100k based on experience

**Incentives:** Sign on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment

Southington Select Physical Therapy has one of the highest athletic patient populations throughout all of Connecticut. Athletic training services are provided at the high school resulting in direct referrals to this athletic patient population. The clinic is currently staffed with sports medicine focused therapists, and we are looking for one more to join this exceptional staff. Responsibilities

+ Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions

+ Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

+ Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios

+ Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

+ Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community

+ Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

+ Must be a graduate of anaccredited school of physical therapy

+ Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start

+ CPR Certification
