    Position:** **Physical Therapist - Pelvic- Fairbanks

    Schedule: Monday-Friday

    **Compensation: starting at $90,000 annual salary** (commensurate w/ experience)

     

    Incentives: Up to $20,000 Sign On

    Responsibilities

    + Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

    + Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

    + Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school

    + Pelvic Health Experience in the last 3 years

    + Herman Wallace Level 1 or equivalent

    + Valid State Physical Therapist license

    + CPR certification

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Completed Pelvic Health Certification from Herman Wallace or APTA
