Job Title: General Laborer/Custodial** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer/Custodial worker who will manage office custodial tasks such as cleaning offices, kitchens, and bathrooms for approximately 40% of the week. The remaining 60% will involve building construction using hand and power tools, as well as assisting the maintenance team with various tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Perform custodial tasks in offices, kitchens, and bathrooms.

+ Engage in building construction using hand and power tools.

+ Assist the maintenance team by holding ladders and changing lights.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year of custodial experience.

+ Comfortable performing custodial work 40-50% of the time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of experience using hand and power tools.

+ 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Racine, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
