**Join our team as a Saw Machine Operator** and play a key role in precision metal cutting and production. If you have experience with machinery and a strong attention to detail, this is your chance to grow with a company that values your skills!

What You’ll Do:

+ Cut metal sheets (½ inch to 10 inches thick) using saws

+ Set up and operate saw machines

+ Move metal sheets using a sit-down forklift

+ Verify stock and ensure parts meet customer tolerances

+ Perform inspections using micrometers and calipers

+ Maintain saw equipment and complete maintenance checklists

+ Keep work area clean and safe

+ Operate overhead crane and forklift as needed

+ Participate in quality control and team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience operating machinery (saw experience preferred)

• Ability to read tape measure down to .32 of an inch

• Forklift experience (6 months minimum)

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

• Experience with metal cutting or similar equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
