    Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, loading, and moving products to fulfill customer orders. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment and maintain a safe working environment as part of our company culture.

    Responsibilities

    + Retrieve orders from the shipping desk.

    + Conduct quality checks on orders for misprints, false quantities, non-stocked items, closed carton orders, partial quantities, double orders, or ship-withs, following the correct department picking order.

    + Inspect all products for dents, dust, or paint blemishes before pulling the order.

    + Transport products by lifting and hand loading onto pallets, and return pallets to the pre-staging wrapping area.

    + Stack and arrange pallets for safe and proper delivery.

    + Inspect pallets for correct stickers, addresses, labeling, and display positioning.

    + Complete orders by filling in the appropriate spaces on the bill of lading and returning it to the order shipping desk.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in picking and pulling orders.

    + Strong attention to detail for inventory management.

    + Ability to perform quality checks on orders.

    + Capability to lift and transport products safely.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with inventory systems is advantageous.

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Effective communication skills.

    This is a Contract position based out of Roanoke, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
