Distribution Associate – 2nd Shift

**Location:** Milan, IL

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

**Pay:** $19.00/hr

Overview

We are continuing to grow and are seeking dependable **Distribution Associates** to join our team on 2nd shift. This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate processing, packaging, and shipment of products in a clean, fast‑paced, and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process and audit customer orders for accuracy

+ Process and audit company returns

+ Label products according to customer requirements

+ Pack products to meet shipping standards

+ Ship orders to designated customer locations

+ Inspect product to ensure it meets all customer specifications

+ Sort, count, and organize parts as needed

+ Collect cardboard and operate compactor

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

+ Support general warehouse and production‑based tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous warehouse experience preferred

+ Skills in:

+ Picking

+ Packing

+ Shipping & receiving

+ Inventory

+ Counting

+ Labeling

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Reliable, friendly, and comfortable in a laid‑back, production‑focused environment

+ Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting

+ Comfortable, casual dress code

+ 2nd shift hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
