    + **Ensure that production line activities comply with GMP standards and established SOPs.**

    + **Garantizar que las actividades de la línea de producción cumplan con las normas GMP y los SOP establecidos.**

    + **Coordinate and guide line personnel to maintain operational efficiency and product quality.**

    + **Coordinar y guiar al personal de la línea para mantener la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del producto.**

    + **Monitor critical process parameters and promptly report any deviations or abnormalities.**

    + **Supervisar los parámetros críticos del proceso y reportar de inmediato cualquier desviación o anomalía.**

    + **Verify that equipment, tools, and materials are available, calibrated, and in proper condition.**

    + **Verificar que los equipos, herramientas y materiales estén disponibles, calibrados y en buen estado.**

    + **Review and complete production documentation accurately and in real time.**

    + **Revisar y completar la documentación de producción con precisión y en tiempo real.**

    + **Support the training of new team members and reinforce adherence to safety and quality procedures.**

    + **Apoyar la capacitación de nuevos miembros del equipo y reforzar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.**

    This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
