    + Team Lead Bridge Inspector (PE required) – Lead complex inspections, mentor junior staff, and ensure safety and compliance on critical structures.

    + Assistant Team Lead Bridge Inspector – Support inspection teams and gain hands-on experience with iconic NYC bridges.

    + Quality Control Engineer – Bridge Inspection – Drive excellence in inspection standards and reporting.

    + Civil Designers (Roadway/Highway) – Contribute to innovative roadway and highway design projects shaping NYC’s future.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead bridge inspection teams in the planning, execution, and documentation of routine and complex inspections

    + Prepare and review detailed inspection reports and recommend maintenance or rehabilitation actions

    + Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry standards (FHWA, AASHTO, etc.)

    + Coordinate with clients and transportation agencies, providing expert guidance and professional insights

    + Train and mentor inspectors and engineers-in-training

    + Promote a culture of safety and technical excellence

    Qualifications

    + PE license required

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

    + 5+ years of bridge inspection experience

    + Strong command of inspection procedures, field safety practices, and structural analysis

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $185000.00/yr.

     

    Full benefits package, PTO, 401k, HSA/FSA, bonuses

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in New York,NY.
