    Job Title: Senior Scheduler – ConsultingJob Description

     

    We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our consulting team, where you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of high-impact projects across the California region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining project schedules, performing schedule analysis, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

    Responsibilities

    + Build, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.

    + Perform schedule analysis, identify risks or delays, and provide clear recommendations to project teams.

    + Collaborate directly with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.

    + Produce schedule narratives, progress updates, and reporting deliverables for active projects.

    + Support scheduling efforts on multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination with other consultants.

    + Ensure adherence to company methodologies, client expectations, and high-quality consulting standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Several years of experience as a scheduler within construction, vertical building, or related project types.

    + Strong expertise with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.

    + Ability to work independently while also engaging collaboratively with internal and client teams.

    + Strong communication skills and professionalism in client-facing interactions.

    + 10+ years of construction scheduling experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Candidates from direct competitors with a book of business or existing client relationships may be considered for elevated consulting roles.

    Work Environment

    This position is not remote-first and candidates must be comfortable with a consistent onsite consulting culture. The California offices, particularly in San Diego, operate almost entirely in person, while limited hybrid flexibility is available in LA and Irvine (typically up to two work-from-home days per week). Team members should value collaboration, responsiveness, and adhere to the professional standards expected in a consulting environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
