    Project Engineer

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our team and work on a variety of projects in solid waste management, including landfills, landfill gas systems, composting facilities, and related infrastructure.     What You’ll Do

    + Apply engineering and scientific principles to solid waste and environmental projects.

    + Use AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting, perform calculations, and create detailed drawings.

    + Prepare engineering reports, permit applications, and technical documentation.

    + Make decisions on engineering methods, coordinate project work, and represent the company at meetings and industry events.

    + Conduct fieldwork in different terrain and weather conditions.

    + Handle office tasks like drafting, calculations, site plans, facility diagrams, and permit applications.

    + Support business development through proposals, client meetings, and participation in conferences and trade shows.

    + Work closely with senior engineers on complex challenges.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field).

    + 4+ years of experience in civil engineering and/or solid waste design.

    + E.I.T. certification required; P.E. license preferred.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
