    Join our team as an Aseptic Manufacturing Trainer, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our clean room operations. You will train personnel on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and support clean room qualification processes. Your expertise in aseptic techniques will be vital in processing cell cultures, cryopreserving, and manipulating cell products.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in clean room qualification by preparing clean rooms for testing.

    + Train personnel on cGMP standards and protocols.

    + Facilitate the availability of supplies and materials needed for clean room operations.

    + Perform aseptic gowning to enter clean rooms for qualification tasks.

    + Collaborate with the manufacturing team to process cells and samples.

    + Process cultures, cryopreserve, and manipulate cell products using aseptic techniques.

    + Adhere to GMP practices and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Engage in cellular facility work and support production processes.

    + Perform processing and testing required to produce safe and efficacious products.

    + Work with batch records, cell expansions, volume reductions, depletions, and enrichments.

    + Support clinical trials through various manufacturing processes.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

    + Proficiency in cGMP, cell culture, manufacturing processes, and aseptic techniques.

    + Experience in training new aseptic operators.

    + Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs.

    + Knowledge of ISO standards and aseptic gowning procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in biology or a related scientific field is a plus.

    + Experience in a cell-based biology lab, either academic or industry.

    + Experience with aseptic techniques.

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication skills for teamwork.

    Work Environment

    Work in an aseptic clean room environment where gowning is mandatory.     This is a Contract position based out of Allendale, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
