Join our Customer Care team and help deliver a best-in-class Sea Logistics experience. As our Customer Care Account Manager, you will own post-sale customer relationships, drive proactive engagement, and orchestrate seamless logistics solutions that create real value for our clients.

How you create impact

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building trust and driving proactive communication.

+ Lead customer touchpoints (reviews, planning sessions) to strengthen engagement and alignment.

+ Monitor account trends to identify risks and opportunities; support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.

+ Collaborate with internal teams (OCC, Sales, Trade, CCLs) to ensure operational excellence and service delivery.

+ Manage onboarding for new accounts, maintain SOPs, and ensure compliance.

+ Resolve service issues quickly, manage claims, and coordinate with carriers for timely solutions.

+ Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer needs.

What we would like you to bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.

+ 4+ years in Freight Forwarding, preferrably Sea Logistics.

+ Strong background in Sea Logistics and proven customer-facing experience.

+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

+ Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing customer needs.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with EDI/API integrations and BI tools (Tableau a plus).

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-KE1
