    Position Overview:The Financial Paraprofessional will assist certified financial counselors in delivering financial planning services to caregivers and veterans.

    Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

     

    Anticipated Start Date:March 2026

    PositionResponsibilities:

    + Prepare financial summaries and assist with budgeting tools.

    + Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records.

    + Support counselors in providing education on debt management and retirement planning.

    + Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.

    Requirements

    + Associate degree in finance or related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in financial services or customer support.

    + Strong analytical and communication skills.

    + Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    + Experience with financial counseling programs.

    + Knowledge of VA benefits and caregiver support programs.

    + Proficiency in financial software tools.
