JOBSUMMARY Assists Product and Promotional Development Managers in the daily management of all products to maximize sales and profits through the creation of compelling marketing contentandplanningandexecutionofpromotions.Actsasaliaisonforsponsorshipsand off-site events. Assists in Marketing, Player and Agent communications, and prize fulfillment as well as assisting with the development and maintenance of content on all digital platforms (website, mobile apps, micro-sites, social media etc.). ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS · CreationofMarketingContent: o Workwithinternalandexternalteamstoinitiate,developandexecute marketing support for product launches and promotions on digital channels and other Lottery-owned assets. o SupporttheProductandPromotionalDevelopmentManagersinthe development of new products, promotions, and marketing projects. o Workincollaborationwiththegraphicdesignteamtodevelop compelling and consistent messages across multiple channels. o Assistinthemaintenanceofrelevantdocumentationandprojectschedules. · Planning,ExecutingandAnalyzingPromotions,Events,andSponsorships: o Work with Marketing Team to write and review web content, AdministrativeBulletinsandspecificationdocumentsforpromotions, events, and sponsorships. o Identify,negotiate,execute,andmanagestaffingneedsforin-field promotional events and sponsorships. o Producesandpresentscomprehensivesummariesofeachprojectandpromotion. · Demonstrate outstanding Customer Service techniques and ability to identify potentialnegativeorcrisissituationsandrespondappropriatelytobestmitigateissues. o Orderrelevantin-fieldpromotionalitems,ensurestheiron-timedelivery for events, and manages inventory levels. o CertifythattheLotteryandexternalpartnersexecuteassetsand agreements to contractual obligation. · Proficientinsocialmediacontentdevelopment andimplementation. · Participateinoff-sitepromotionalevents. · Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel statewide, as required. · Must be available to work promotional events on nights and weekends occasionally. · Performrelateddutiesasassigned. PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’sdegreeinMarketing,acomparabledegreeorequivalentexperience. · Superbmarketingwritingskillsandattentiontodetail. · Knowledgeofmarketingprinciplesandtechniques. · Abilitytomanageseveralprojectsandleadteams whennecessary. · Experienceworkinginanofficeenvironmentand onteamprojects. · FamiliaritywithMicrosoftofficeandothermarketingprogramssuchas Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc. is preferred. · Experiencewithgraphicdesign · Understandingofsocialmediamanagement. · Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependentlywhennecessary. · Interestandabilitytotakedirectionandlearnnewskills.
