Job Description

**Summary:** Assembles parts of various materials such as plastic, metal, rubber to produce small products such as roller brackets, voice annunciators or subassemblies by performing the following duties.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Positions parts in specified relationship to each other.

+ Bolts, screws, clips, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.

+ Works at bench as member of assembly group assembling one or two specific parts and passing unit to another worker.

+ Loads and unloads previously setup machines such as arbor presses, drill presses, taps, spot-welding machines, riveting machines, milling machines, or broaches, to perform fastening, force fitting, or light metal cutting operation on assembly line.

+ Works at different work stations as production needs require or shifts from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma; and up to at least one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $20 per hour. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
