Summary You will serve as a senior Intelligence Specialist providing technical expertise of highly complex analysis, evaluation, interpretation, and dissemination of information and/or products for USCYBERCOM Cyber Mission Force (CMF) of NIOC-TX. Responsibilities You will function as a senior reporting officer leading intelligence reporting across multiple missions. You will conduct signals intelligence analysis and reporting and support cyberspace operations in defense of DoD computer networks. You will oversee all aspects of the reporting process and ensure reports are prepared within standards and consistent with command priorities. You will lead all aspects of the dissemination of intelligence products in support of defensive cyberspace operations using SIGINT reporting procedures, modern telecommunications, and technology trends of computer networks. You will prepare and present briefings to provide new and innovative perspectives on intelligence issues. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Researching signals intelligence (SIGINT), open-source, and other data sources to build target profiles and produce technical reports. Providing technical advice on complex digital network intelligence in support of the organization's intelligence and cyberspace priorities and requirements. Maintaining appropriate databases used for targeting, tasking and analyzing cyber-related information in support of cyberspace operations. Analyzing and evaluating gathered intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection to identify reportable cyber target information. You must also have completed the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) training and certification as a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR).
