Hiring hourly 1099 Painters to support residential maintenance and small project work within the Home Ease division. This role is perfect for professionals seeking reliable, year-round work with consistent workflow and strong organizational support.

What You’ll Do

+ Interior and exterior painting

+ Surface prep, patching, and finish work

+ Maintain quality and safety standards

+ Communicate with Project Managers

+ Update progress in the vendor portal

Requirements

Painting experience required

+ Complete painting toolset

+ Truck or van

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Comfortable using mobile portals

+ U.S. residency required

Disqualifiers

+ Inability to provide I9 or W9 with valid Tax ID

+ Failure to complete onboarding training

+ Poor communication or repeated missed appointments
