Duties and Responsibilities
Core Duties will include:
+ Working in collaboration with the Chair for Programs in Applied Behavior Analysis to conduct admissions, schedule courses, register courses, and maintaining student files and databases using electronic systems including but not limited to Locus, DocFinity, GSPS , BI, and Slate. In addition, this Position will support the Program Chair in daily Program operations (e.g., coordinating meetings, maintaining program documents, files, materials, coordinating student communications, student orientations, student recruiting events and coordinating and participation in student information sessions). Providing initial advising to prospective students and continuous advising once students are admitted is an important role of this Position, as well. Providing support for marketing, social media, and webpage design and maintenance will also be responsibilities of this position.
+ Assisting with data collection, data aggregation, report development, and dissemination for Licensure and Accreditation Reports as well as other reporting requirements consistent with University, School, State and National Accreditation/Licensure systems. Working closely with Program Faculty, this Position will maintain, and update Applied Behavior Analysis Program Handbooks as needed throughout the year. Working closely with Graduate Program, Enrollment, and Marketing, the Program Assistant, Advisor, and Community Partnership Coordinator will manage the Program’s social media presence, website content, and digital marketing materials.
+ Supporting collecting student information needed for field-based placements and will serve as the primary point of contact for field-based placements and Capstone experiences.
+ Developing, identifying, and assigning student field placements in collaboration with the Program Chair, and maintaining a master list of all field-based placements ensuring sites meet Program and Accreditation standards.
+ Helping the Chair of Programs in Applied Behavior Analysis and the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives in identifying, developing, and maintaining a master list of MOUs and agreements for the Applied Behavior Analysis programs and the SOE .
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience. Additional Education or Experience may be required by Department Program.
Qualifications
+ Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience.
+ Exceptional Project Management and Organizational Skills.
+ Strong Communication Skills.
+ Flexible and easily adapts to change.
+ Experience working as part of a Team.
+ Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends to support Programs, the School of Education, and recruiting events.

+ Skilled in using various software programs (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Project Management software, skills and creative use of technology to create efficient workflows).
