Experienced Behavior Technician – Make an Impact in Los Angeles County Schools

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is excited to welcome skilled Behavior Technicians to our dynamic school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and the greater Los Angeles area. If you have experience in ABA or behavioral support and you’re driven to empower students every day, this opportunity is calling your name.

Position Highlights

+ Pay: $24–$27/hour, depending on experience

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

+ Location: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

What You’ll Do

+ Support students with behavioral and developmental needs directly in the classroom

+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency, compassion, and professionalism

+ Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to create cohesive support systems

+ Help build structured, inclusive learning environments that promote confidence and independence

+ Encourage positive behaviors and foster social–emotional growth

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles

+ RBT certification is a plus (not required)

+ Must be 18+ and meet all employment requirements

+ Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students thrive
