NVR is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. In this hybrid role, you will provide technical support for hardware and software issues, working both independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth operations across the organization. Your strong problem-solving skills and commitment to excellent service will make you an essential part of our team.
Schedule Requirements:
+ Weekend coverage required (Saturday & Sunday)
+ Hybrid Role:
+ Weekdays (3 days): On-site at Reston, VA headquarters
+ Weekends (2 days): Remote work
+ Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily
Qualifications
+ 1- 2 years of IT experience OR currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree Information Technology or a related field.
+ Experience with a Help Desk technical support team.
+ Hardware experience with Dell and Lenovo.
+ Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 2016 programs; Microsoft Certification preferred.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
