Job Description Summary
The Ultrasound Segment Finance Analyst is responsible for operational finance across the entire business value stream for our global Ultrasound General Imaging/ABUS/Primary Care Segments totaling ~$1.1BN of franchise revenue. This role will provide decision support across capital allocation, NPI execution, supply and demand forecasting, sourcing resiliency, supply chain, VCP, NPI commercialization, pricing strategies, organic growth and external partnerships. This role will provide critical operational support to Senior Operating GM’s and staff, as well as people lead a small finance team.

Job Description
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
+ Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
+ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
+ Jobs at this level function with some autonomy but are subject to functional practices and precedents or are covered by well-defined policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
+ Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
+ Leads with safety, integrity, compliance and controllership… always. Provides finance functional counsel to operating partners including healthy, constructive debates
+ Lead day, week, month, quarter and annual finance activities that delivers against operating budget KPI’s and targets across revenue, operating profit and cash flow, working in tandem with key operating partners
+ Rigorously assesses NPI business cases and stress tests against market and customer needs. Clearly, lays out financial returns for capital allocation decision making and monitors say/do execution (within PPM) to include sourcing, supply chain strategy, price setting, commercialization, services, digital solutions, VCP and cashflow
+ Leads the finance agenda for monthly operating review framework and bowler KPI’s ad supports the business exceed budget and targets. Applies lean problem solving to root cause and counter measure against bowler red’s
+ Establishes a 3-year long term strategy and financial plan to deliver organic growth, margin and cash in line business expectations
+ Provide leadership working with BD around partnerships, acquisitions, and for all Government and third-party related OEM agreements and funding
+ Is passionate about applying lean, standard work, automation, self-service reporting and providing people leadership and competency development
+ Is enthused to operate, grow and contribute to our vision to deliver precision healthcare for our customers and patients globally
Qualifications
+ This role requires advanced experience in the Finance & FP&A Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
+ Operating in a multi-region environment supporting a Senior Operating GM
+ Accountable for delivering financial performance quarterly, annually, and longer term
+ Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables
