What you´ll do
Key Responsibilities
+ **Leadership & Team Development:** Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on the Value Channel. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities to direct reports.
+ **Financial Accountability:** Own and deliver annual NES, CP1, and share targets for Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Dollar Tree. Develop and execute joint business plans and promotional strategies to achieve financial objectives.
+ **Customer Relationship Managemen** t: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level relationships at Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Dollar Tree. Leader of the annual JBP process with Dollar General and Family Dollar. Build strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and strengthen long-term collaboration.
+ **Strategic Planning & Execution:** Provide thought leadership and develop tailored strategies for the Value Channel, leveraging shopper and channel insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless execution of company and brand initiatives. Lead the Value Channel team at key internal meetings; Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Planning (ABP).
+ **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity within the Value Channel. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize channel results.
What makes you a good fit
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
+ 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong background in CPG.
+ Proven success leading and developing business within the Value Channel (Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree).
+ Strong financial acumen and proven ability to deliver against aggressive targets.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to lead strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

The salary for this role is $180,000.00-220,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
