    NOW HIRING: Millerbernd Manufacturing is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Circular Products (CP) team in Sauk Rapids. The Facilities Maintenance Technician would be responsible to h elp maintain all MMC Facilities to ensure a safe, clean, clutter free and functional environment year-round.

     

    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

     

    Salary Range: $22.95 – 27.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)

     

    (In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.)

     

    Shift Schedule: 1st shift - Monday - Friday 7am – 3pm

     

    Shift Differential: 1st shift – N/A

    As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will:

    + Prepare surfaces to paint various structures & equipment (walls, doors, floors, etc.) to maintain a safe, comfortable work environment

    + Perform Routine facilities maintenance tasks to include (replacement of light bulbs fixing, leaks in faucets & drains, unclogging of drains)

    + Install, reposition, and remount modular office equipment

    + Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities related equipment

    + Assess HVAC problems, resolve the issue or escalate to supervisor as needed

    + Perform work in accordance with all safe work practices and company policies

    + Participate and support Continuous Improvement initiatives

    Role Qualifications as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

    + Preferred candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and two or more years of experience in a maintenance or repair role

    + Other combinations of formal training and experience will be considered

    + Experience with forklifts or ability to become certified in forklift operation

    + Demonstrate proper use of hand tools

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics

    + Demonstrated work experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

    + Working knowledge of preventive maintenance systems & practices

    + Strong attention to detail
