Job Description
Support and communicate the department’s Data Analytics strategy.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
Provide ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis, and insights to guide decision-making.
Identify trends in sales and revenue data, uncover root causes, and recommend solutions.
Partner with leadership to define KPIs and track performance drivers.
Conduct statistical analysis to optimize sales execution and growth.
Recommend improvements to sales programs, roles, and processes to maximize impact.
Ensure data integrity by proactively resolving issues with cross-functional teams.
Prepare and analyze market data, exploring new use cases and data sources.
Create trending analyses of accounts and deliver ad hoc reports.
Assist with SAP administration and troubleshoot reporting/system issues with IS.
Recommend process improvements to enhance sales force support and efficiency.
Participate in audits and analyses to ensure accuracy and uncover new analytic opportunities.

Skills and Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years with a BA, or 1–3 years with an MBA.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Work Style: Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce Einstein, and Microsoft Excel. MBA or equivalent experience.
Background in medical devices.
Prior experience in sales analysis.
