• Sr. Front End Engineer

    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Sr. Front End Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable software solutions for huge application initiatives on a tight timeline. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle—requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Key responsibilities include:

     

    -Architect efficient systems and write clean, scalable code

    -Quality Assurance: Carry out QA / automated testing responsibilities (10-15% of the role)

    -Develop and maintain mobile/web apps using React.js, React Native, TypeScript, and GraphQL

     

    -Lead projects and guide junior engineers through code reviews and best practices

     

    -Optimize performance and ensure timely releases

     

    -Participate in Agile processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

     

    -7+ years programming experience with strong frontend expertise

     

    -Full-stack development and QA testing experience (web & mobile)

    -Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration (REST/GraphQL)

    -Proficient in React/React.JS/Javascript, TypeScript, Git, GraphQL, gRPC, ReactNative, Redux (listed in order of importance)

     

    -Proficiency in AI concepts and practical use of AI tools and frameworks

     

    -Strong time management, collaboration, and ability to meet tight deadlines -Financial services experience

     

    -Hands on experience with launching mobile applications to production
