    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced IT PMO professional to lead and deliver complex IT programs composed of multiple projects. This role is responsible for driving program strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and execute program strategy, business cases, and project plans.

     

    - Oversee integration of projects, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets as needed.

     

    - Communicate program direction and updates to IT and senior business leadership.

     

    - Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize IT opportunities that support enterprise goals.

     

    - Maintain efficient project management processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.

     

    - Lead and manage multiple project managers and cross-functional teams across global locations.

     

    - Monitor and report on program status, risks, and issues; ensure accurate data in program management systems.

     

    - Drive process improvements and change management to optimize delivery.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

     

    - 10+ years of profession experience with proven experience in program and project management

     

    - Strong skills in lifecycle management, scheduling, conflict resolution, risk and issue management.

     

    - Expertise in guiding teams and stakeholders.

     

    - Proficiency in PowerPoint and program delivery methodologies.

     

    - Knowledge of SDLC

     

    - Ability to adapt across multiple domains and technologies.

     

    - Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, projects, and initiatives - Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry experience

     

    - Oracle knowledge
