    Job Description

    Insight Global's client is undergoing a GTM technology transformation and is seeking a highly skilled

     

    and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with a strong focus on testing and

    validating functionality within different applications, including our Salesforce and Ironclad

    platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and

     

    executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of our

     

    internal business applications, specifically focusing on complex workflows, integrations,

     

    and configurations within these key platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test

     

    plans and test cases on a range of applications, including Salesforce and Ironclad.

     

    • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, working closely with developers

     

    and business analysts to ensure timely resolution.

     

    • Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, UAT support,

     

    integration, and performance testing across different tools.

     

    • Develop and maintain QA automation scripts using appropriate tools.

    • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand

     

    requirements and technical designs, ensuring testability and quality throughout the

     

    development lifecycle.

     

    • Maintain and update testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and

     

    quality metrics reports.

     

    • Participate in release planning and deployment activities, providing quality gates

     

    and assurance sign-offs.

     

    • Stay current with new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies, especially

     

    those related to Salesforce and Ironclad.

    Skills and Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or

     

    equivalent practical experience.

     

    • 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.

    • 3+ years of dedicated experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud,

     

    Service Cloud, CPQ, or similar).

     

    • Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies.

    • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure

     

    DevOps).

     

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to report on testing

     

    activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

     

    • A proactive attitude and a readiness to learn new tools, techniques, and

     

    approaches as part of a fast-paced team.

     

    • Strong understanding of testing principles, terminology, and test design.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience testing Ironclad CLM or similar contract management platforms.

    • Experience with automation testing frameworks relevant to Salesforce.

    • Familiarity with Salesforce development aspects (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning

     

    Components) sufficient to understand potential testing implications.

     

    • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus.

    • Salesforce CPQ testing experience is a plus.
