Job Description
We are seeking an Oracle Database Architect to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise database systems. This role involves planning and directing database architecture, coordinating development efforts, and ensuring system reliability and flexibility. Daily responsibilities include managing Oracle databases and middle-tier systems, implementing data transformations, creating web applications for data retrieval and storage, and supporting application upgrades and enhancements. The position also requires collaboration with managers to expand and improve enterprise applications, as well as overseeing testing, documentation, and user communication for system changes. Hourly pay ranges from $65–$75/hr based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
- programming knowledge in one of the following languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, or R)
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle (10g) in an enterprise level environment
- understanding of critical architecture patterns - knowledge of system security analysis
- Certifications
- experience with data transfer from Oracle to SQL databases
