Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to provide onsite support to the office of the Chief AI Officer. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy onsite coordination across two or more offices. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time and onsite.
Required Skills:
Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:
1. Onsite administrative support and tasks, in-office and at event based locations
2. Support onsite team and leader needs
3. Space planning support and management
4. In-person meeting coordination including room set-up and clean-up, catering, and attendee management
5. Small and large scale event coordination, managing multiple stakeholders and inputs
6. Support coordination of both domestic and international travel arrangements
7. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
8. Manage conference room operations and oversee storage needs
9. Travel to support large off-sites as needed
10. Ad hoc errands/projects for office as needed
11. Occasional domestic and international travel, as needed
12. Coordination with personal office
Minimum Qualifications:

13. 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
14. 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
15. 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
16. Experience prioritizing multiple projects
17. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

18. Prior or current experience supporting VP's at large scale tech company
19. Consistent track record of ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships
20. Experience organizing team events and promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment
21. Demonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive, drives tasks to completion
22. Experience independently managing projects, multi-tasking, and changing direction quickly if needed
23. Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners
24. Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partners
25. Experience in a multi-staff office environment
26. Project management experience
27. Experience building, managing and influencing cross-functional business stakeholder relationships
28. Experience managing logistics across multiple teams
29. BA/BS Degree
Public Compensation:
$47.16/hour to $67.50/hour + bonus + equity + benefits
