Summary:
Meta’s Enterprise Supply Chain team fulfills all internal end-user IT needs by developing integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems for demand and supply planning, as well as product lifecycle management. This role requires an experienced and insightful individual to take ownership of and improve on existing processes, lead the demand planning function, and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.You will be forward-thinking, and have an understanding of consumer hardware, excel at designing and implementing processes and systems that drive enterprise operations. Have a proven track record of successful system implementations—from requirements gathering through post go-live monitoring—is essential. You must also demonstrate expertise in current and emerging trends in demand planning, S&OP, and supply chain technology. This position is pivotal in reimagining operational efficiency and delivering transformative products that support a broad range of enterprise needs.

Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end demand planning and S&OP processes: Own the design, deployment, governance, and performance of demand planning and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies
2. Planning process ownership: Assess process performance, identify gaps, and lead both near-term and long-term improvement initiatives. Develop and implement a single “way of working” across operations and regions, sponsor business process changes, and synchronize improvement plans with other process owners
3. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Engage with technical team members, asset management, logistics, finance, sourcing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and effective S&OP execution
4. Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings: Review and align on demand forecasts, inventory goals, and supply plans with key stakeholders
5. Act as the primary liaison for hardware budget management: Represent the planning function in all matters related to hardware budget, working closely with finance and business teams
6. Lead spend projections and variance analysis: Develop robust frameworks for spend forecasting, track performance against budget, and conduct regular variance analyses to reconcile supply chain forecasts with financial targets
7. Guide and ratify hardware budget requests and approvals: Convert S&OP plans and scenarios into financial impact assessments, culminating in budget approval processes with finance
8. Measure and report financial performance: Track and communicate financial performance, including excess & obsolescence (E&O) projections, and drive mitigation strategies as needed
9. Identify and mitigate risks: Proactively identify risks related to demand, supply, and financial performance, and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, driving timely mitigation decisions and alignment across the organization
10. Develop partnerships with vendors and OEMs to ensure optimal capacity allocation and inventory levels at distribution centers

11. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
12. 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, S&OP related areas
13. 2+ years of experience in other supply chain fields such as order management, warehousing, logistics and distribution
14. Experience working on supply chain systems (specifically related to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Management, Allocations, and Fulfillment)
15. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing advanced planning systems
16. Experience coordinating global planning stakeholders
17. Experience in scenario modeling, experience building data models with large data sets
18. Experience presenting/influencing management in S&OP and other strategic discussions

22. Experience utilizing agentic workflows to automate planning workflows
23. Experience with Oracle SCM Applications
Public Compensation:
$151,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
