Summary:
Meta's Finance team is undergoing a significant transformation to define and execute our Finance Vision. The Modern Finance team is a key enabler of this vision, acting as a catalyst for innovation, productivity, and enhanced employee experiences. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to execute strategic Finance Projects and Programs.As a Modern Finance Program Manager, you will be part of a designated Modern Finance team. You will primarily execute projects aligned to the specific Function (or functions) within your designated team. You will primarily focus on end to end execution of assigned project (s), which may be standalone or part of a wider Program of initiatives. You will be responsible for high quality delivery of all project goals, collaborating with large stakeholder groups, leading change management activities required for the successful achievement of project objectives and leverage technology to execute effectively and efficiently.

Finance Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution: Structure, lead and execute complex finance projects & programs collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally
2. Project Documentation & Coordination: Own, define and maintain appropriate project documentation, to ensure transparency, clarity of objectives and consistent alignment of project deliverables, following defined Modern Finance execution norms and standards
3. Risk Management: Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to meet timelines, budget & objectives. Work proactively with the business to resolve critical issues
4. Process & Automation Support: Ensure underlying processes are fit for purpose, identifying changes needed to support project objectives and leading process mapping, documentation and update requirements
5. Change Management: Identify change impact, incorporate readiness and adoption requirements, communication plans within Project Plans, overseeing change deliverables
6. Communication & Support: Develop effective peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining efficient communication channels, status updates and communication plans
Minimum Qualifications:

7. 15+ years of experience of core project management, leading the execution of very large, complex and ambiguous programs
8. Experience leveraging project management best practices, ways of working, and standards
9. Experience aligning program structure, approach, resources, governance and outputs to project needs, crafting the right strategy to deliver projects effectively
10. Change management experience identifying change impact to stakeholders, users and teams, building change, readiness and adoption approaches that are tailored to projects
11. Experience communicating effectively to project teams and stakeholders, demonstrating knowledge of best practices, frameworks and toolkits to own and coordinate change management deliverables and communication strategies
12. Experience working effectively with executive stakeholders and a track record of building effective working relationships to enhance delivery and influence project outcomes
13. Experience managing dependencies and risks across programs with shared objectives
14. Experience leveraging emerging technologies to enhance execution, testing, requirements & reporting to execute efficiently
15. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field such as Finance/Accounting

Public Compensation:
$172,000/year to $241,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
