About the Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll support government-based programs that make a real difference in people's lives. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through matter.

What You'll Be Responsible For
+ Handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
+ Providing accurate information, basic troubleshooting, and clear next steps
+ Scheduling appointments and submitting support tickets when appropriate
+ Documenting each interaction thoroughly and accurately in our systems
+ Following up with customers when required to ensure resolution and satisfaction
+ Adhering to program guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
+ A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions
+ Reliable high-speed internet, ethernet connection
+ Windows-based computer (dual monitors preferred) and USB-wired headset
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Ability to pass a background check
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Consistent availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST
Preferred (Not Required)
+ Prior customer service or call center experience
+ Comfort working with structured systems and documentation
+ Bilingual English/Spanish (highly valued)

+ Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST
+ Location: Fully Remote (EST hours required)
