    Job Skills / Requirements

    Schedule:

    + Monday: 7AM-3PM

    + Tuesday: 7AM-3PM

    + Wednesday: 7AM-3PM

    + Thursday: 7AM-3PM

    + Friday: 7AM-3PM

     

    Pay Rate: $17.00 Per Hr

    Job Description:

    We are seeking reliable and professional FLEX Security Officers to support first and second shift operations. This position is ideal for individuals who need a flexible schedule and are available to cover open shifts, call-offs, special assignments, and short-notice coverage.

    Responsibilities:

    + Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property

    + Monitor access points and control entry and exit

    + Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations

    + Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies

    + Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately

    + Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients

    + Enforce company and site-specific rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Valid driver’s license (if applicable to site)

    + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

    + Strong communication and observation skills

    + Ability to remain professional and calm in stressful situations

    + Previous security experience preferred but not required (training provided)

    Requirements:

    + Must pass background check and drug screening

    + Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling

    + Security license/certification (if required by state or company policy)
