C2502– Production Analyst I
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time
The Production Analyst II is responsible for ensuring that all production information is correct and is explained using charts, graphs, reports or other means necessary.
The Production Analyst will provide support to all aspects of Operations process and provide data to Finance team as necessary. Assist with aligning the production schedule with the customer demand, maintaining finished goods formulas for utilization throughout the Bama system, researching/analyzing transactional data related to the production process and leveraging data into consumable reporting formats for end users. This role will directly report to the Production Planning and Scheduling Manager. This position reports to the Production Planning and Scheduling Manager.
+ Create Production Reports, including charts and graphs, as requested. Reports include information such as (a) downtime, (b) waste, (c) scrap report , (d) line efficiency, (e) product profitability, (f) daily production analysis and other reports as requested.
+ Assist the production scheduling process at 2 to 4 weeks out for the production facilities
+ Assist with inputting the planned production into Microsoft D365 and maintains all transactional statuses associated with the schedule.
+ Analyzes and monitors D365 transactions and makes modifications as necessary.
+ Provides updates about production formulas to the Finance Department & Production Planning & Scheduling Manager.
Qualifications:
+ Education/Certification Requirements:
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Possess the appropriate educational experience or job related experience to perform the role
+ Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft D365.
+ Verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to all levels
+ Required Skills:
+ Must be able to work independently and accurately
+ Able to set up and read computer data.
+ Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required
+ Possess and demonstrate passion for the job, the role, and the company
+ Demonstrate the ability to solve problems
+ Interact with Operations teams, and visit Bama's facilities on a regular basis
+ Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
