Responsibilities
Noblis ESI is seeking a highly motivated **Sr. Security Manager** for their Chantilly, VA
location.
The objective of the ESI Security function is to execute and continuously improve a
comprehensive personnel, industrial, and physical security apparatus that enables business
operations while protecting our Nation's most trusted information.
The Senior Security Manager will have the following responsibilities:
+ Leads, monitors, and continuously assesses Noblis ESI's counterintelligence andsecurity programs including personnel, physical, insider threat and industrialsecurity programs for improvement.
+ Advises executives and employees on complex, sensitive or urgent matters.
+ Oversees investigations of suspected insider threats, security incidents, and suspectedcompromises of classified information.
+ Provides recommendation for best practices, security incident prevention strategies.
+ Advises the Director of Security of security findings, risks, analysis, and conclusion.
+ Collaborates with the IT security staff e.g. ISSOs, ISSMs, System Administrators toensure overall compliance with security policies. Serves as the focal point for externalclient interface regarding security matters.
+ Partners and builds relationships to support the Business Development, Operations,HR, IT, external customers, DCSA, and other key stakeholders.
+ Leads and develops Contractor Program Security Officers and associated security staff.Serves as the Facility Security Officer.
+ Maintains and oversees SCIF operations, certification and accreditation.
+ Serves as the PM to lead new SCIF construction to obtain successful certification andaccreditation of SCIFs on budget and schedule.
+ Maintains key relationships and partnerships with IC and client counterparts.
Required Qualifications
+ US Citizenship is required
+ Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
+ Bachelor’s degree and 10 years related years of experience OR Master's degree with 8 years of related experience; OR Associate degree and 13 years of related experience; OR High School Dimploma/GED with 16 years of related years of experience.
+ Experience leading a security orcounterintelligence function responsible for personnel, industrial and physical security in the national security sector
+ Three years of experience leading a team and/or managing staff
+ Strong competence in industrial security regulations, Security Executive Agent Directives,and Intelligence Community Directives.
+ Direct experience in applying the NRO Security Manual (NSM), NISPOM to unique andcomplex environments.
+ 8 years’ experience working in the intelligence community or military in a SCIF operatingenvironment with TS/SCI security requirements and practices for the different IC agencies
Desired Qualifications
+ Industrial Security Professional Certification (ISP)
+ Security Fundementals Professional Certification (SFPC)

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $120,700.00 - USD $188,725.00 /Yr.
