    Job Description

    The purpose of this job is to, with supervision from the manager, communications business partner, consult with core business partners to develop and execute internal communications.

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Support core business areas with the development of communications plans and written materials to inform and educate team members, including: leader communications and talking points, internal company messaging, presentation materials and company meetings

    + Assist with planning and providing communications support for internal company and business area town hall meetings, including material and message development

    + Assist with developing and executing internal communications support for the company’s key initiatives in collaboration with the strategy realization office and business area experts

    + Write and prepare internal communications and company materials, ensuring they are high quality, accurate and according to style guidelines

    + Collaborate with marketing communications team to develop comprehensive and integrated communications campaigns that leverage a variety of internal and external channels and mediums

    + Contribute to the measurement and analysis of the impact of internal communications on employee engagement and business objectives in collaboration with data analytics team

    + Contribute to and assist with maintaining the internal communications calendar for core business areas

    Qualifications

    Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

    Experience Required: At least 3 Years' Experience

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

    • Proficient in Associated Press (AP) Style writing
