Your role and responsibilities
* Assist in the onboarding/offboarding of A/R processes for acquired or divested entities
* Support data analysis and reconciliation of receivables during transition periods
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT, Treasury) to ensure smooth integration
* Help document and standardize A/R processes across entities
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to status reporting
* Conduct benchmarking and performance tracking of A/R metrics
* Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership review
Required technical and professional expertise
* Financial Systems Knowledge: AR system of record, EPM, AR Infocenter.
* Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
* Accounting Principles: Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes, cash application, and reconciliation.
* Reporting & Documentation: Ability to prepare clear, concise reports and process documentation.
